  1. Really sorry to say that, but do you know, that if castration takes place before GRS, then the result of GRS will be worse due to less material to work with? If someone plans to undergo (or to force someone to undergo) GRS, he or she shouldn't do orchiectomy to achieve better result. It is only if GRS was never planned people do orchiectomy and then suddenly decide to do GRS also, but this is not a good scenario, if everything was planned all along.
