    Judge: At this time I would like to invite the plaintiff into my chambers for a a more thorough examination of the damages before I make a ruling.

      I think the judge will find evidence of John's maleness is severely lacking. ;)

      He's a very hard judge. He's really impressed with John's rebuttal and is going to rule against early dismissal in order to have more time to properly examine her briefs.
